CANARAIL Receives its ISO 9001:2015 Certification, Reaffirming its Commitment to Providing its Clients with High-Quality Services.

Mr. Miguel Valero, CANARAIL’s President and CEO, is proud to announce that the Bureau de la Normalisation du Québec has awarded CANARAIL the Quality Management Certificate in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 Standards.

This certification, a result of much hard work, is proof of CANARAIL’s commitment to a modern and efficient management approach. The expectations and needs of CANARAIL’s clients, employees, and partners are, more than ever, at the very core of the services it provides.

CANARAIL’s decision to adhere to the ISO 9001 (2015) Quality Management System when executing activities and providing services is motivated by several factors:

Founded in 1991, CANARAIL is a Quebec-based company which offers consulting, engineering, and project management services, specialized in the mining, freight, and urban rail transportation industry.   • Canada: Refurbishment of the GoldLeaf passenger cars for the Rocky Mountaineer tourist train;
  • Afghanistan: Feasibility study for a new 600-km rail link in northern Afghanistan;
  • East Africa: Feasibility study to improve railway accessibility for Rwanda, Burundi, and Tanzania;
  • Bangladesh: Feasibility study of seven projects to improve Trans-Asian rail connectivity.
